Owego Gymnastics & Activity Center offers both USAG Competitive Levels 2-9, XCEL Levels Bronze-Sapphire and S.T.A.R.S a precompetitive program.
All of these programs are by invitation only.

Our S.T.A.R.S. program is for children we feel demonstrate a certain amount of innate ability. These children will be given the opportunity to come in for more time to help them develop flexibility, strength, endurance and discipline. These classes are by invitation only and the S.T.A.R.S. child will be continually evaluated to insure that they are in the correct class. We will challenge each child to reach their potential, but will always keep in mind their needs and the building of their self-confidence.

Our USAG Team. program is for children we feel demonstrate a certain amount of innate ability to push their gymnastics skills to the competitive level. We will challenge each child to reach their potential, but will always keep in mind their needs and the building of their self confidence.
XCEL
Bronze-Sapphire
The Center's XCEL Program is for those who want to continue their competitive experience, but at a less time demanding schedule. Great for gymnasts doing other sports.
